摘要
肌成纤维细胞(MyoF)是一类呈现为激活状态的成纤维样细胞,它在器官发生、修复、再生和炎症中发挥着重要的作用。然而一旦该细胞过度产生,就会对机体功能产生严重影响甚至导致死亡。近年来随着研究的不断深入,人们发现MyoF也参与了肿瘤的发生发展。本文通过综述MyoF激活机制的相关研究,介绍调控该细胞活化的信号通路,并为寻找其干预靶点提供依据。
Myofibroblasts(MyoFs) are a population of fibroblast-like cells that are activated and play an important role in organogenesis,tissue repair,regeneration as well as inflammation.However,once the cells were over-producted,they will have serious impact on the body’s function,and even lead to death.In recent years,with the rapid progress of research,it has been found that MyoFs are also involved in the occurrence and development of cancer.This article reviews the related studies on the activation mechanism of MyoF,and introduces the signal pathways regulating the activation of MyoF,in order to providing the basis for finding its intervention targets.
