洗腿又方联合推拿治疗瘀血阻滞证膝骨关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Blood Stasis Syndrome by Xituiyoufang Steam-Wash and Massage

目的:比较洗腿又方联合推拿和单纯推拿治疗瘀血阻滞证膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将44例瘀血阻滞证膝骨关节炎患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各22例,观察组采用洗腿又方联合推拿治疗。对照组仅采用单纯推拿治疗,治疗4周后观察治疗前后疼痛评分、运动功能评分的变化。结果:观察组总有效率为90.48%,优于对照组的80.95%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组疼痛评分、运动功能评分改善幅度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:洗腿又方联合推拿治疗瘀血阻滞证膝骨关节炎疗效显著,值得临床推广运用。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Xituiyoufang steam-wash combined with massage and simple massage in treatment of knee osteoarthritis with blood stasis syndrome. Methods: A total of 44 knee osteoarthritis patients with blood stasis syndrome were randomly assigned to observation group(n=22) and control group(n=22), the observation group was treated with Xituiyoufang steam-wash combined with massage, while control group was treated with massage only, the changes of pain score and motor function score before and after treatment were observed after 4 weeks of treatment. Results: The overall response rate of observation group was 90.48%, which was better than that(80.95%) in control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the improvement of pain score and joint motor function score in observation group was better than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Xituiyoufang steam-wash combined with massage has a positive effect in treatment of knee osteoarthritis with blood stasis syndrome, thus it is worthy being popularized and applied.
