通过对钢丝绳暨织物芯输送带硫化生产线主机新型油缸组件、液压系统、环形辊式脱锅装置的研发,以及对辅机成型胶片导开自动纠偏、自动涂硅油、水刀切带、垫铁储存等的研发,解决压力不均匀、硫化质量差、脱锅分离不彻底、胶片敷贴偏差大、硅油涂抹不均匀、裁断效率低等问题,提高输送带硫化质量,提高效率,减轻劳动强度。
