摘要 本文介绍了密练机主机变频器系统节能改造的项目背景、提高主电机的性能及节约能耗,改造前后数据对比、空载降速节能、节能改造后电费、250 kW变频电机+变频驱动器 VS 240 kW工频电机,以及设计依据和调试过程、使用变频器可以带来的好处和投资回报率,以探求效果好、成本低的炼胶工艺改造思路。 This article introduces the project background of the energy-saving transformation of the inverter system of the main machine of the compacting machine,improving the performance of the main motor and saving energy,data comparison before and after the transformation,no-load speed reduction and energy saving,energy saving after the transformation,250 kW variable frequency motor+variable frequency drive VS 240 kW power frequency motor,as well as the design basis and debugging process,the benefits and return on investment that the use of frequency converters can bring,in order to explore the ideas for reforming the rubber mixing process with good effect and low cost.
