摘要 轮胎X射线检测机随着使用年限的增加,故障会逐步增多,维护费用和维护难度也在增长,特别是设备最核心的成像系统会出现电路板和传感器老化现象,使轮胎X射线图像出现模糊、区域过亮或过暗、黑条或白条(传感器整块宽度图像丢失)、竖线(传感器像素宽度图像丢失)等故障,导致检测效果变差甚至会出现检测盲区,最终出现漏检现象。 As tire X-ray inspection machines increase in service life,failures will gradually increase,and maintenance costs and difficulty will also increase.In particular,the core imaging system of the equipment will experience aging of the circuit board and sensor,which will make the tire X-ray image appear blurred,the area is too bright or too dark,black or white bars(the entire width of the sensor is lost),and vertical lines(sensor pixels)Width image loss)and other faults,resulting in poor detection results and even detection blind spots,and eventually missed detection.
