In this paper,by studying the leakage of the hydraulic tire vulcanizer's mold opening and closing cylinder and the upper ring cylinder of the center mechanism,the cause analysis and the countermeasures have found a solution to the cylinder leakage.Through practical verification,the correctness of the measures has been proved,and the reliability of the hydraulic tire vulcanizer has been greatly improved.
