基于脑肠轴探讨灸法治疗中风临床感悟

Discussion on Moxibustion Treatment of Apoplexy Based on Brain-gut Axis

目前,灸法治疗中风越来越受到重视,临床采用腹部施灸效果满意,但相关作用机制研究较少。本文从脑与肠关系、中风与肠关系、灸法与中风关系,在理论上揭示脑肠-灸法-中风的相关性,探讨腹部施灸治疗中风机制,为临床相关治疗提供更多依据和方法。

At present,moxibustion has been paid more and more attention in the treatment of apoplexy.It is effective to use abdominal moxibustion in the treatment of apoplexy,but there is little research on its mechanism.This article discussed the correlation of brain gut-moxibustion-apoplexy in theory from the relationship between brain and intestines,apoplexy and intestines,and moxibustion and apoplexy,explored the mechanism of abdominal moxibustion for apoplexy,and provided more basis and methods for clinical moxibustion treatment of the disease.
