摘要
血栓栓塞发病机制涉及遗传、环境等多种因素,由其引发的心脑血管疾病已成为人类主要的死亡原因,且发病率逐年上升。赤芍在临床治疗血栓性疾病中具有重要作用。近年来,随着现代分子生物学检测技术的进步,赤芍所含多个具有药理活性且能表达临床疗效的化学组分被萃取分离。本文对赤芍发挥抗血栓功效的物质基础及作用机制的相关研究进行综述,旨在为赤芍的临床应用及深入研究提供依据。
The pathogenesis of thromboembolism involves a variety of factors such as genetics and environmental conditions.The heart and cerebrovascular diseases caused by it have become the main cause of death in humans,and the incidence is increasing year by year.Paeoniae Radix Rubra plays an important role in the clinical treatment of thrombotic diseases.In recent years,with the advancement of modern molecular biology detection technology,many chemical components in Paeoniae Radix Rubra that have pharmacological activity and express clinical efficacy have been extracted and separated.The article summarized the material basis and mechanism of its antithrombotic effect,aiming to provide basis for the clinical application and further research of Paeoniae Radix Rubra.
