摘要 针对大功率模块化储能系统中储能模块数量庞大而导致的储能电池SOC不均衡问题,提出了一种基于反步法的储能模块SOC优化控制方法,实现了储能电池工作时SOC的一致性。首先根据大功率模块化储能系统和储能模块拓扑结构,分别建立了储能模块的SOC状态方程和输出功率状态方程。然后应用反步法推导出了使各储能模块的SOC趋近一致的优化控制率,设计了储能模块控制器。在此基础上,针对系统中每个储能模块的充电状态、放电状态和切除状态,均进行储能模块的SOC控制,使同一桥臂上偏离期望值较大的储能模块SOC值快速接近期望值,实现了各储能模块充放电过程中的SOC一致性。最后建立了大功率模块化储能仿真系统,验证了SOC均衡控制的有效性。 In the high-power modular energy storage system, a large number of energy storage modules leads to the imbalance of SOC. In order to realize the SOC consistency of energy storage battery, an SOC optimized control of energy storage module based on Backstepping is proposed. Firstly, according to the topology of the high-power modular energy storage system and the energy storage module, the SOC state equation and output power state equation of the energy storage module are established. Then, the optimal control rate which makes the SOC of each energy storage module approach to consensus is derived by using the inverse method, and the controller of the energy storage module is designed. On this basis, SOC control is carried out for each energy storage module in the charge state, discharge state and cut-off state of the system, so that the SOC value of the energy storage module with larger deviation from the expected value on the same leg goes close to the expected value quickly, and the SOC consensus in the charging and discharging process of each energy storage module is realized. Finally, the simulation system of high-power modular energy storage is established to verify the effectiveness of SOC balancing control.
