海南省2015-2019年妇女常见病筛查及患病情况分析

Analysis on the screening and incidence of common diseases among women in Hainan Province from 2015 to 2019

目的分析研究海南省2015-2019年妇女常见病筛查情况及筛查结果,了解海南省妇女健康状况及常见疾病发病趋势,为海南省今后妇女常见病普查普治工作提供指导意见。方法利用妇幼卫生年报对海南省2015-2019年妇女常见病筛查情况进行连续监测,分析海南省妇女常见病筛查变化趋势及不同地区间妇女常见病患病率差异。结果海南省2015-2019年妇女常见病筛查率总筛查率为54.07%,虽低于全国水平,但呈逐年提高趋势(χ^(2)=147880.49,P<0.001)。城市妇女常见病筛查率高于农村,但城乡差距呈现逐渐缩小趋势。海南省2015-2019年妇女常见病平均患病率为22.01%,5年间全省妇女常见病患病率呈现下降趋势(χ^(2)=13444.83,P<0.001),城市妇女常见病患病率高于农村。结论通过将妇女常见病筛查纳入政府财政预算,提供免费筛查服务及加大宣传等措施,可有效提高妇女常见病筛查率;海南省20~64岁妇女主要常见疾病为阴道炎、急性宫颈炎、子宫肌瘤等。

Objective To analyze the screening of common diseases among women in Hainan Province from 2015 to 2019,to understand the health status and the incidence of common diseases among women,and to provide guidance for the future general survey and treatment of women’s common diseases in Hainan Province.Method The Maternal and Child Health Annual Report was used to continuously monitor the screening of common diseases among women in Hainan Province from 2015 to 2019.The trends of screening for common diseases among women in Hainan Province and the differences in the prevalence of common diseases among women in different regions were analyzed.Result The total screening rate of common diseases among women in Hainan Province from 2015 to 2019 was54.07%.Although it was lower than the national level,it showed an increasing trend year by year.The screening rate of common diseases in urban areas was higher than that in rural areas.The average prevalence rate of common diseases among women in Hainan Province from 2015 to 2019 was 22.01%.The prevalence of common diseases among women in the province showed a downward trend in the past 5 years.The prevalence of common diseases among women in urban was higher than that in rural areas.The main common diseases among women aged 20-64 in Hainan Province were vaginitis acute cervix Inflammation and uterine myoma and so on.Conclusion By including women’s common disease screening into the government budget,providing free screening services and increasing publicity and other measures,the screening rate of common diseases among women can be effectively improved.
