摘要
为解决实验室采用振动研磨机无法同时研磨多种物料的难题,故需要研发一种新型机械——三钵振动研磨机。通过对主振弹簧的力学分析,运用实验和计算比较的方法,分析不同主振弹簧对磨矿效率的影响。研究表明,主振弹簧刚度的不同对振动磨样机的研磨效率影响很大,刚度越小振幅越大,磨矿效率越高。
In order to solve the problem that the single-bowl vibrating grinder in the laboratory cannot grind multiple materials at the same time,a three-bowl vibrating grinder was developed.This paper analyzes the influence of different main vibration springs on the grinding efficiency through the mechanical analysis of the main vibration spring,using the methods of experiment and calculation comparison.Studies have shown that the difference in the stiffness of the main vibration spring has a great impact on the grinding efficiency of the vibrating mill.The smaller the stiffness,the greater the amplitude and the higher the grinding efficiency.
