电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定土壤中有效钼的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 样品经草酸—草酸铵振荡浸提后用中速定量滤纸过滤,以103Rh为内标,选择质子数98Mo,滤液直接采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定。实验结果表明,标准系列采用草酸—草酸铵介质,采用Simple Linear标准曲线线性,相关系数良好,r>0.9999,方法检出限、测定下限满足《DD2005—03生态地球化学评价样品分析技术要求》,使用国家一级标准物质验证,测试结果与标准给定值相吻合。 The samples were extracted by Tamm solution and filtered by medium speed filter paper.The samples were determined directly by ICP-MS with 103Rh as the internal standard element and proton number 98Mo as filtrate.The experimental results showed that the standard series used Tamm as media,The linear correlation coefficient of linear standard curve was good,r>0.9999.The detection limit and determination limit of the method met the DD2005—03 technical requirements for sample analysis of eco geochemical assessment.The test results of the national standard reference materials were consistent with the given value.
