The experiences of radiofrequency treatment of trigeminal neuralgia

三叉神经痛是一种难治性疼痛疾病。1985年以来,吴承远教授即在国内率先开展三叉神经痛的射频治疗研究,多年来积累了丰富的临床经验,取得了丰硕的研究成果,为该技术在我国的推广和普及作出了巨大贡献。本文根据吴承远教授的临床经验,探讨三叉神经痛的射频治疗。

Trigeminal neuralgia is a kind of intractable pain disease.Since 1985,Professor Wu Chengyuan has carried out the research on radiofrequency treatment for trigeminal neuralgia,accumulated rich clinical experiences,obtained fruitful research results,and made great contribution to the promotion and popularization of this technology in China.In this paper,Professor Wu briefly introduces his personal experiences of more than ten thousands cases treated by radiofrequency therapy for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia clinically in duration of 35 years.
