摘要
经皮微球囊压迫三叉神经节(PCTG)是治疗三叉神经痛(TN)的有效微创手术方法。由于PCTG创伤小、手术时程短及手术后效果好,所以其成为TN治疗的首选手术方法。然而该技术在手术操作过程中常常诱发患者发生突然、显著的血液动力学变化,引起手术操作医生及麻醉科医生的关注。本文旨在综述以往TN患者手术操作过程中的麻醉经验,探讨PCTG操作过程中发生三叉神经心反射(TCR)的可能原因、血液动力学显著变化的特点、麻醉关注点及其显著变化处理措施。
Percutaneous compression of the trigeminal ganglion(PCTG)is an effective minimally invasive surgical method for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia(TN).PCTG is the first choice for TN management due to its minimally invasive procedure,short operation time and good effect after the operation.However,it often induces sudden and significant hemodynamic changes in patients during the operation,which attracts the attention of surgeons and anesthesiologists.This paper aims to summarize the experience of anesthesia during PCTG operation,to explore the possible causes of trigeminal cardiac reflex(TCR)during the operation of PCTG,the characteristics of significant changes in hemodynamics,anesthesia concerns and treatment measures for the significant changes in hemodynamics.
