p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶通路在神经病理性疼痛形成机制中的研究进展 被引量:8

Progresses of p38 mitogen-activated kinase signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of neuropathic pain

摘要 丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPKs)是细胞内信号传导的重要组成部分,p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(p38MAPK)是众多MAPK信号通路之一,调控病理性疼痛的发生和维持。近年来,对于p38MAPK信号通路的研究众多,本文拟对其分子结构和功能,信号通路的激活及其在病理性疼痛中作用机制的最新研究进展综述如下,以期为临床镇痛提供新的思路。 Mitogen activated protein kinases(MAPKs)are an important part of intracellular signal transduction.p38 mitogen activated kinase(p38MAPK)is one of the MAPK signaling pathways,which regulates the occurrence and maintenance of neuropathic pain.In recent years,there are many studies on p38MAPK signaling pathway.The molecular structure and function,activation of this signaling pathway and its mechanism in neuropathic pain are summarized in this review to provide new ideas for clinical analgesia.
