摘要 为研究棉、黏胶、氨纶弹力织物成分含量测试方法,根据黏胶纤维、棉、氨纶的化学性质,通过两种方法对比试验,探讨棉、黏胶、氨纶弹力织物纤维含量的最佳定量分析方法。试验结果表明,采用20%盐酸溶液去除纤维素纤维法,可以确定氨纶占总试样的含量;采用二甲基甲酰胺处理去除氨纶后,再用甲酸氯化锌法,可以确定黏胶纤维和棉纤维占黏胶纤维、棉的含量,两种数据结合计算,可以确定3种纤维的精确含量,此方法得到的结果较按顺序去除法更准确、更安全、周期短。 In order to study the determination method of the content of cotton, viscose and spandex elastic fabric,according to the chemical properties of viscose, cotton and spandex, the optimal quantitative analysis method of the content of cotton, viscose and spandex elastic fabric was discussed through the comparative test of the two methods. The results showed that the content of spandex in the total sample could be determined by removing cellulose fiber with 20% hydrochloric acid solution. The content of viscose fiber and cotton fiber in viscose fiber and cotton can be determined by dimethylformamide treatment and zinc chloride method after the removal of spandex. The two kinds of data can be calculated together to determine the exact content of the three kinds of fiber.The results obtained by this method are more accurate, safer and shorter than the sequential removal method.
