环锭纺干法纺纯汉麻纱工艺探讨

Discussion on the Process of Spinning Pure Han’s Hemp Yarn by Ring Spinning Method

通过对具有天然抑菌等优良特性的汉麻原料(含机短、二粗及精落等)进行预处理,再经梳理开松后的汉麻短纤维,采用环锭纺干法纺纱的工艺技术方案,研发出干纺纯汉麻纱系列产品。经不断进行纺纱技术攻关及工艺优化,批量生产出合格的纯汉麻纱用于后续工序开发出汉麻新产品并推向市场,同时把汉麻原料做到了综合利用,市场前景良好。

In this paper, the hemp raw materials(including short, coarse and fine) with excellent natural antibacterial properties are first pretreated, then after the hemp staple fiber is carded and loosened, the process and technical scheme of ring spinning method is adopted to develop a series of dry spinning pure hemp yarn.Through the continuous tackling of the spinning technology and the optimization of the process, batches of qualified pure hemp yarn are produced to develop a series of new hemp products for the market, and the hemp raw materials has been comprehensively utilized, which proves a promising market in the future.
