摘要 为提升激光偏振度测量的精度与时效性,设计基于嵌入式技术的激光偏振度测量系统,其包括探测、控制器与上位机3部分,通过探测部分接收激光器发射的激光并通过两个液晶可变相位延迟器(LCVR),抵达偏振分光棱镜后分为两束偏振光,采用探测器探测两束光的光强传输到控制器部分;由控制器部分的嵌入式信号处理模块对所接收光强实施处理与转换后,传给AVR单片机,AVR单片机一边将转换后数字信号经串口送至上位机,由上位机内嵌入式软件和计算机操控软件运算出激光偏振度等参数并呈现运算结果,另一边经D/A产生可控制LCVR液晶相位延迟量的方波信号,继续测量其余待测激光偏振度。结果表明,该系统具有较高的测量精度,测量结果稳定性高,可实现对信号的同步实时传输,传输性能稳定,可有效促进系统的测量时效性。 To improve the accuracy and timeliness of laser polarisation measurement,a laser polarisation measurement system based on embedded technology is designed,which includes detection,controller and upper computer.The detection part receives the laser emitted by the laser,and through two liquid crystal variable phase retarders(LCVR),it is divided into two beams of polarised light after reaching the polarisation splitting prism.The detector is used to detect two beams of light.After the received light intensity is processed and converted by the embedded signal processing module of the controller part,it is transmitted to the AVR single-chip microcomputer.On one side of the AVR single chip,the converted digital signal is sent to the upper computer through the serial port.The embedded software and computer control software in the upper computer calculates the laser polarisation and other parameters and present the calculation results,and the other side is generated by D/A It can control the square wave signal of LCVR liquid crystal phase delay and continue to measure the other laser polarisation degrees.The results show that the system has high measurement accuracy,high stability of measurement results,synchronous real-time transmission of signals can be realised,transmission performance is stable,and the system’s measurement timeliness can be effectively promoted.
