摘要 太阳能光伏阵列的故障分析是提高其效率、安全可靠性和适用性的一项重要工作。为进一步提高故障光伏系统的建模准确性,简化操作步骤,提出了一种新型联合仿真模型的方法。以辐照度和温度作为外界环境参数输入,结合MATLAB和PSIM软件各自的优势,实现模型的参数辨识,实时数据交互通讯。通过输入仿真故障类型M值来实现随机阴影等参数的相应改变,得到每种异常工作状态下对应的电压、电流等数据特征值。最后经过结果对比,仿真精度能始终控制在5%以内,实验结果证实了所搭建模型的准确性及有效性。 Fault analysis of solar photovoltaic array is an important work to improve its efficiency,safety,reliability and applicability.To improve the modelling accuracy of the fault photovoltaic system and simplify the operation steps,a new joint simulation model method is proposed.Taking irradiance and temperature as the input of external environment parameters,combined with MATLAB and PSIM software’s advantages,the model parameter identification and real-time data communication were realised.By inputting m value of simulation fault type to realise the corresponding change of parameters such as random shadow,the corresponding data eigenvalues of voltage and current under each abnormal working state are obtained.Finally,by comparing the results,the simulation accuracy can always be controlled within 5%.The experimental results confirm the accuracy and effectiveness of the model.
