枸地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效分析

Analysis of curative effect of desloratadine citrate disodium on chronic urticaria

目的观察慢性荨麻疹患者应用枸地氯雷他定治疗的效果。方法 89例慢性荨麻疹患者为研究对象,应用奇偶数分组法分为对照组(45例)和观察组(44例)。对照组应用西替利嗪治疗,观察组应用枸地氯雷他定治疗。对比两组患者的疗效,不良反应发生情况,复发情况,治疗前后的症状评分及血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率93.18%高于对照组的77.78%,复发率4.55%低于对照组的20.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的瘙痒、风团、水肿、发热症状评分均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的血清IgE水平均低于本组治疗前,且观察组患者的血清IgE水平(90.5±10.4)IU/ml低于对照组的(116.4±11.2)IU/ml,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性荨麻疹患者应用枸地氯雷他定治疗可有效改善临床症状,降低患者IgE水平的同时复发率较低,且具有一定的安全性,具有较好的治疗效果,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To observe the effect of desloratadine citrate disodium on chronic urticaria.Methods A total of 89 patients with chronic urticaria as study subjects were divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(44 cases)according to odd-even number method.The control group was treated with cetirizine,and the observation group was treated with desloratadine citrate disodium.The efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,recurrence,symptom score and serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 93.18%of the observation group was higher than 77.78%of the control group,and recurrence rate 4.55%was lower than 20.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the score of symptoms of itching,wind mass,edema,and fever of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum IgE of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the serum IgE(90.5±10.4)IU/ml of the observation group was lower than(116.4±11.2)IU/ml of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Desloratadine citrate disodium has a good therapeutic effect on patients with chronic urticaria,which can reduce the level of IgE with a low recurrence rate.It is safe and worthy of clinical reference.
