回顾性分析微创拔牙术在下颌阻生智齿拔除中的应用效果

Retrospective analysis of the effect of minimally-invasive tooth extraction in mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction

目的探究下颌阻生智齿拔除治疗中微创拔牙术的应用效果。方法 100例下颌阻生智齿患者,按照1∶1的比例分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组患者采用传统拔牙术拔除,研究组患者采用微创拔牙术拔除。比较两组患者手术情况、术中以及术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者手术时间(15.62±4.37)min短于对照组的(28.25±4.16)min,术后疼痛评分(3.43±0.91)分低于对照组的(6.48±0.62)分,治疗满意度评分(88.85±7.33)分高于对照组的(70.18±6.84)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者术中、术后并发症发生率为10.00%、6.00%,低于对照组的28.00%、30.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下颌阻生智齿拔除治疗中,微创拔牙术与传统拔牙术相比效果明显较好,手术时间短,术后疼痛程度低,治疗满意度高和手术安全性均较高,建议在下颌阻生智齿拔除治疗中进行推广实施。

Objective To investigate the practical effect of minimally-invasive tooth extraction in mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction.Methods A total of 100 patients with mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction were divided into control group and research group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional tooth extraction,and the research group was treated with minimallyinvasive tooth extraction.The surgical condition,and occurrence of intraoperative and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time(15.62±4.37)min of the research group was shorter than(28.25±4.16)min of the control group,postoperative pain score(3.43±0.91)points was lower than(6.48±0.62)points of the control group,and treatment satisfaction score(88.85±7.33)points was higher than(70.18±6.84)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of intraoperative complications and postoperative complications of the research group were 10.00%and 6.00%,which were lower than 28.00%and 30.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally-invasive tooth extraction is significantly better than traditional tooth extraction in mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction,with short operation time,low postoperative pain,high treatment satisfaction and high surgical safety.It is suggested that minimally invasive extraction should be popularized in the treatment of mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction.
