摘要 本研究旨在为通过遗传途径改良植物黄酮醇生物合成、植物生长发育及作物抗性提供重要的理论基础。本研究论述了黄酮醇基本生物合成途径,概括了黄酮醇类物质生物合成关键酶及其作用,归纳了黄酮醇类物质在生物合成转录水平上的调控,总结了植物中黄酮醇类物质的生物学功能,包括黄酮醇类物质在植物生长发育中的调节作用、黄酮醇类物质调控植物非生物胁迫反应以及在植物防御反应中的作用。最后对植物黄酮醇类物质的研究方向进行了展望。 The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for improving the biosynthesis of flavonol in plant, the growth and development of plant and crop resistance.In this paper, the basic biosynthesis of flavonol was clarified, the key enzymes of flavonols and their functions were concluded, the regulation of flavonols in the transcription level of the biosynthesis was reviewed, and the biological functions of flavonols in plant were also summarized, including the regulating action of flavonols in the growth and development of plant, the abioticstress regulation of plant and its functions in plant defense response.At last, the research directions of flavonols in plant were proposed.
