卵圆孔未闭合并隐源性卒中的研究进展 被引量:6

Advances in research of patent foramen ovale and cryptogenic stroke

摘要 近年来越来越多的研究显示卵圆孔未闭(patent foramen ovale,PFO)与隐源性卒中(cryptogenic stroke,CS)的关系密切,与PFO相关的CS的治疗方案也一直是临床研究热点,对患者进行个体化评估选取最佳治疗方案至关重要。本文从国内外相关研究进展及对PFO封堵患者的评估与选择等方面做出论述,拟对临床上合并PFO的CS患者的治疗做出贡献。 In recent years,studies have confirmed that cryptogenic strokes(CS)are closely related to patent foramen ovale(PFO)and clinical research is also increasingly focusing on the treatment of CS related to PFO.It is essential to evaluated the patients individually and choose the best treatment for the patients.In this review,the relevant research progress at home and abroad and the evaluation and selection of patients who ready for closure of PFO are discussed to make contributions to the clinical treatment of CS patients with PFO.
