区域异质性视角下体育产业高质量发展的动力研究

Impetus of High-quality Development of Sports Industry from Perspective of Regional Heterogeneity

区域异质性是不同区域体育产业发展的特征表现,而高质量发展是体育产业质量提升的最优或高水平状态。研究依据区域异质性特征,结合体育产业基础和体育产业消费的区域发展不同将我国体育产业发展划分为“强基础、强消费”“强基础、弱消费”“弱基础、强消费”“弱基础、弱消费”四种区域异质类型,基于不同区域异质类型的体育产业发展动力要素,构建出长期动力与短期动力互动模式、需求动力与供给动力互动强化模式、业态更新模式等高质量发展的区域异质动力模式,并提出“双强”区域采用创新驱动、融合驱动和拓展新兴产业,“强基础、弱消费”区域采用稳增长、促消费,“弱基础、强消费”区域采用优存量、扩增量、提质量、重需求,“双弱”区域采用强政策、构体系、优生态、重规划、强意识、领消费的四种高质量提升策略。

Regional heterogeneity is characteristic of sports industry development in different regions,and high-quality development is the best or high-level state to improve the quality of the sports industry.According to the characteristics of regional heterogeneity,combined with the different regional development of sports industry foundation and sports industry consumption,this paper classified the development of China’s sports industry into strong foundation-strong consumption,strong foundation-weak consumption,weak foundation-strong consumption,and weak foundation-weak consumption.Based on different regional heterogeneous types of sports industry development impetus factors,it constructed including long-term dynamic and short-term dynamic interaction model,demand dynamic and supply dynamic interaction strengthening model,business renewal model,and other high-quality development regional heterogeneous dynamic model.It further proposed four high-quality improvement strategies,including the“double-strong”regions should adopt the strategy of innovation-driving,integration-driving,and expand emerging industries.“strong foundation-weak consumption”regions should adopt the strategy of stable growth and promote consumption.“weak foundation-strong consumption”regions should adopt the strategy of optimization of inventory,expansion of increment,improvement of quality,and emphasis on demand.“double-weak”regions should adopt the strategy of strong policies,structural systems,excellent ecology,heavy planning,strong awareness,and guiding consumption.
