开窍启语法辅助治疗儿童构音障碍108例临床观察

Clinical observation on 108 cases of children with dyslalia treated by opening orifice and enlightening speech method as adjunctive therapy

目的观察开窍启语法辅助治疗儿童构音障碍的临床疗效。方法选取2017年11月至2019年11月在平顶山市中医医院儿科康复门诊及住院治疗的构音障碍患儿216例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各108例。对照组给予常规语言训练,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合开窍启语法治疗,2组均12周为1个疗程,分别在治疗前,治疗6周、12周对患儿进行语言发育水平及语音状况评价。结果治疗组总有效率为92.59%(100/108),显著高于对照组的87.96%(95/108),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开窍启语法辅助治疗儿童构音障碍疗效满意,通过醒脑活血、疏通经络,使各脏腑器官得以濡养,改变脑皮层神经细胞的兴奋性,从而调节构音运动肌群,促进语言发育。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of children with dyslalia treated by opening orifice and enlightening speech method as adjunctive therapy.Methods From November 2017 to November 2019,216 cases of children with dyslalia treated in pediatric rehabilitation outpatient service and inpatient care of Pingdingshan Municipal Hospital of TCM were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 108 cases in each.The control group was given routine speech training,on this basis,the treatment group was combined with opening orifice and enlightening speech method.Twelve weeks constituted 1 course of treatment for both groups,the speech development level and phonological status of the children were evaluated before treatment,at 6 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,respectively.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.59%(100/108),which was significantly higher than 87.96%(95/108)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It has satisfactory efficacy to use opening orifice and enlightening speech method in adjunctive treatment of children with dyslalia,by awaking the brain and activating blood circulation as well as dredging the channels and collaterals,it can moisten and nourish the viscera and organs,change the excitability of the cerebral cortex nerve cells,thus regulating the phonological motor muscle groups and promoting the development of language.
