体针联合耳针辅助治疗小儿慢性鼻炎43例临床观察

Clinical observation on 43 cases of children with chronic rhinitis treated by body acupuncture combined with ear acupuncture as adjunctive treatment

目的观察体针联合耳针辅助治疗小儿慢性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2019年11月温州市人民医院针灸推拿科门诊就诊的慢性鼻炎患儿92例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各46例。治疗期间治疗组脱落3例,对照组脱落5例。对照组给予通窍鼻炎胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予体针联合耳针治疗。2组均连续治疗14 d后,比较临床疗效、治疗前后血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平。结果治疗组总有效率为95.35%(41/43),显著高于对照组的65.85%(27/41),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清IL-2、IL-4水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,2组血清IL-2、IL-4水平较同组治疗前显著下降,且治疗组下降更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体针联合耳针辅助治疗小儿慢性鼻炎临床疗效满意,不仅能缓解临床症状,改善鼻腔通气,降低炎性指标,而且不良反应小,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of body acupuncture combined with ear acupuncture in adjunctive treatment of children with chronic rhinitis.Methods From January 2017 to November 2019,92 children with chronic rhinitis consulted in outpatient service of acupuncture and tuina department in Wenzhou Municipal The People’s Hospital were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each. During the treatment, there were 3 missing cases in the treatment group and 5 missing cases in the control group.The control group was given Tongqiao Biyan Jiaonang(通窍鼻炎胶囊),on this basis,the treatment group was given body acupuncture combined with ear acupuncture.After 14 days of continuous treatment for both groups,the clinical efficacy,serum levels of interleukin-2(IL-2) and interleukin-4(IL-4) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.35%(41/43),which was significantly higher than 65.85%(27/41) of the control group,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant in serum levels of IL-2 and IL-4 between the 2 groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,serum levels of IL-2 and IL-4 in the 2 groups significantly decreased compared with same group before treatment,moreover, the treatment group decreased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Body acupuncture combined with ear acupuncture has satisfactory clinical efficacy in adjunctive treatment of children with chronic rhinitis,which can not only relieve clinical symptoms, improve nasal meatus ventilation,reduce inflammatory indexes,but also has small adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
