推拿疗法辅助治疗小儿神经性尿频脾肾气虚型37例临床观察

Clinical observation on 37 cases of nervous urinary frequency in children with asthenia of qi of spleen and kidney type treated by tuina therapy as adjunctive treatment

目的观察济生肾气丸联合推拿疗法治疗小儿神经性尿频脾肾气虚型的临床疗效。方法选取2018年9月至2019年10月于浙江中医药大学附属温州中西医结合医院推拿科就诊的神经性尿频脾肾气虚型患儿80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。治疗期间,对照组脱落1例,治疗组脱落3例,最终实际完成76例(对照组39例,治疗组37例)。对照组给予济生肾气丸小蜜丸口服,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予推拿疗法,2组均连续治疗14 d后统计疗效。结果对照组总有效率为76.9%(30/39),治疗组为97.3%(36/37),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组在治疗过程中均未见不良反应发生。结论济生肾气丸联合推拿疗法治疗小儿神经性尿频脾肾气虚型疗效显著,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jisheng Shenqi Wan(济生肾气丸)combined with tuina therapy in the treatment of nervous urinary frequency in children with asthenia of qi of spleen and kidney type.Methods From September 2018 to October 2019,80 cases of nervous urinary frequency in children with asthenia of qi of spleen and kidney type consulted in tuina department of Wenzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University of Chinese Medicine were chosen and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each.During the treatment,there was 1 missing case in the control group and 3 missing cases in the treatment group.Finally,76 cases were actually completed(39 cases in the control group and 37 cases in the treatment group).The control group was given oral administration of small honeyed pills of Jisheng Shenqi Wan,on this basis,the treatment group was given tuina therapy.We kept statistics about the efficacy after the 2 groups were both consecutively treated for 14 days.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 76.9%(30/39),that of the treatment group was 97.3%(36/37),and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the 2 groups.Conclusion It has marked efficacy without marked adverse reactions to use Jisheng Shenqi Wan combined with tuina therapy in the treatment of nervous urinary frequency in children with asthenia of qi of spleen and kidney type,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
