中医儿科学本科专业实施导师制的问题及对策

Problems and countermeasures in implementation of tutorial system for undergraduate programs of traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics

本科生导师制是立德树人背景下高校教学改革的重要举措,现已逐渐成为高等医学教育的大趋势。作为新增专业,中医儿科学在实施本科生导师制方面也进行了探索,从目前中医儿科学实施本科生导师制的必要性、存在的问题及对策进行了探讨,以期为更好地实施导师制、提高人才培养质量提供参考。

Tutorial system for undergraduate programs is an important measure for the reform of colleges and universities teaching under the background of strengthening morality education and cultivating talents.It has gradually become the general trend of higher medical education.As a new specialty,pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine has also explored the implementation of tutorial system for undergraduate programs.This paper discusses the necessity,existing problems and countermeasures in the implementation of tutorial system for undergraduate programs of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine,aiming at providing a reference for better implementation of tutorial system and improving the quality of talent training.
