摘要
对不同厚度12MnNiVR钢板的两种不同形状拉伸试样进行对比试验,分析了试样形状对强度、断后伸长率的影响。结果表明:12MnNiVR钢种圆形试样拉伸性能优于板状试样,合格率较高。
Two different shapes of 12MnNiVR steel plates with different thickness were used for tensile testing.The influence of specimen shape on the tensile strength and elongation after fracture were analyzed.The results showed that the tensile properties of circular specimens of 12 MnNiVR steel were better than those of plate specimens,which could enable the improvement of qualification rate.
