摘要
利用ABAQUS有限元仿真软件对超声波在含有人工反射体的金属工件中的传播和反射进行研究。采用空间上高斯分布、时间上汉宁窗调制的三周期正弦信号作为载荷,增加探头的发射能量和轴向分辨率,使得能量有效集中于主声束,减少旁瓣的影响。对工件大平底以及平底孔、横孔、V型槽等典型人工缺陷进行仿真计算和结果分析,显示出这种方法的可行性。
ABAQUS finite element simulation software was used to study the propagation and reflection of ultrasonic wave in metal workpieces with artificial reflector.The three-period sinusoidal signal with Hanning window modulation in time and Gaussian distribution in space was used as the load to increase the emission energy and axial resolution of the probe,so that the energy was effectively concentrated in the main acoustic beam and the influence of the side lobe was reduced.The simulation calculation and result analysis of block flat bottom(BFB)and typical artificial defects such as flat bottom hole(FBH),side drill hole(SDH)and V-groove indicated the feasibility of this method.
