2019年国家轴承钢材产品质量监督抽查结果及其分析

Results and its qualification analysis of national supervision and inspection of bearing steel products in 2019

从生产企业所在地、企业规模、产品类型、检验项目等方面阐述了国家轴承钢材产品质量监督专项抽查的概况,统计、分析得出监督抽查企业及其产品的合格率情况。在检验项目方面分析得出不合格项为碳化物液析、脱碳层和室温拉伸试验,并对质量监督抽查结果产生的原因加以分析,提出了开展轴承钢材产品抽查工作的建议,为完善、规范轴承钢材产品质量监督抽查工作以及规范企业生产秩序、提高轴承钢材产品质量提供了方向和思路。

The general situation of special spot inspection of national bearing steel product quality supervision was described from the following aspects,including the location of production enterprises,the scale of the enterprise,the product type,the inspection items,etc.The qualification rates of inspected enterprises and products were obtained by statistical analysis.In terms of inspection items,it was found that the unqualified items were carbide liquid precipitation,decarburized layer and room temperature tensile test.The reasons for the random inspection results of quality supervision were analyzed.The suggestions for carrying out random inspection of bearing steel products were proposed.It provided directions and ideas for standardizing the quality supervision and random inspection of bearing steel products,standardizing the production order of enterprises,and improving the quality of bearing steel products.
