张力辊表面处理工艺的应用分析 被引量:2

摘要 为提高张力辊辊面性能,分别采用在辊面电镀硬铬、HVOF喷涂WC-12Co、HVAF喷涂WC-12Co三种工艺对张力辊辊面进行强化处理,并对随辊试样进行分析。发现镀铬层内部存在一定的微裂纹,硬度达到900HV_(0.3);HVOF制备的涂层孔隙率为2.3%,涂层硬度1100HV_(0.3);HVAF制备的涂层孔隙率为0.6%,涂层硬度1400HV0.3;三种工艺制备的最终辊面粗糙度Ra均能满足上机使用要求,镀铬辊使用6个月后,辊面粗糙度下降严重,而WC涂层辊面的粗糙度保持相对稳定。 In order to improve the performance of the tension roller surface,the three processes of electroplating hard chrome on the roller surface,HVOF spraying WC-12 Co and HVAF spraying WC-12 Co were used to strengthen the tension roller surface,and the samples along the roller were analyzed.It was found that there were certain micro-cracks inside the chrome plating layer,the hardness reached 900 HV_(0.3);the porosity of the coating prepared by HVOF was 2.3%,the hardness of the coating was 1100 HV0.3;the porosity of the coating prepared by HVAF was 0.6%,the hardness of the coating was 1400 HV_(0.3);the final roll surface roughness Ra prepared by the three processes can meet the requirements of the machine.After the chrome-plated roll was used for 6 months,the roughness of the roll surface decreases seriously,while the roughness of the WC-coated roll surface remains relatively stable.
