摘要
以紫茎泽兰重度入侵区域0~50 cm深土样及溪谷桉、冈尼桉、史密斯桉3种桉树苗为试验材料,研究该土样对桉树苗生长的影响。结果表明:3种桉树苗在不同深度土样中的生长表现差异较明显,随着深度增加,苗高及鲜重生长明显减慢;受侵土样中3种桉树苗生长量明显优于对照,紫茎泽兰化感物质仅在3~10 cm深土样中对史密斯桉的生长抑制作用表现较强,其余土样对3种桉树的生长有微弱抑制或不同程度的促进作用,总体上表现为紫茎泽兰入侵区域土壤更有利于桉树苗的生长,特别是0~3 cm深土样。
The effects of 0~50 cm deep soil samples of the heavily invaded area of Eupatorium adenophorum on the growth of three Eucalyptus seedlings of E.badjensis、E.Gunnii and E.Smithii were studied.The results showed that the growth of three Eucalyptus seedlings in different depth of soil samples was significantly different,and the growth of seedling height and fresh weight slowed down with the increase of depth;the growth of three Eucalyptus seedlings in the soil samples was significantly better than that in the control;the inhibiting effect showed stronger on the growth of E.smithii in the 3~10 cm deep soil sample,and the other soil samples had slight inhibition or different degree of promotion on the growth of three Eucalyptus.Generally speaking,the soil of E.adenophorum invasion area was more favorable to the growth of Eucalyptus seedlings,especially in 0~3 cm deep soil sample.
