摘要
目的观察超前精细化护理在难治性青光眼小梁切除术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年2月收住于我院接受复合式小梁切除术干预的难治性青光眼病例86例为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在此基础上加用超前精细化护理。比较2组干预前后焦虑抑郁评分,眼压值及睡眠质量。结果观察组干预后焦虑抑郁评分、眼压值与睡眠质量评分显著低于对照组(t=-10.765,P<0.001;t=-5.430,P<0.001;t=-22.685,P<0.001;t=-8.110,P<0.001)。结论采用超前精细化护理对难治性青光眼小梁切除术患者施加干预,可显著改善其心理与生理健康水平。
Objective To observe the effect of advanced delicacy nursing on patients with refractory glaucoma after trabeculectomy.Methods Totally 86 patients with refractory glaucoma treated between January 2018 and February 2019,were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(n=43)and a control group(n=43).Both groups were given routine nursing,while the observation group was additionally provided with advanced delicacy nursing.The effect was compared between the two groups.Results The intraocular pressure,scores of anxiety,depression and sleep quality of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group after the intervention(P<0.001).Conclusion The advanced delicacy nursing can significantly improve the psychological and physiological health of patients with refractory glaucoma after trabeculectomy.
