基于微信平台的护理干预对化疗患者PICC导管自护能力及生活质量的影响

Effects of nursing guidance based on WeChat platform on self-care and life quality of chemotherapy patients with PICC

目的探讨基于微信平台的护理干预对PICC置管肿瘤患者导管维护依从性、并发症及自我管理能力的影响。方法选取2017年6月-2018年6月我院肿瘤一区65例PICC置管恶性肿瘤化疗患者为对照组,选取同时期肿瘤二区65例化疗患者为观察组,对照组给予PICC置管患者常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施微信平台管理,比较2组导管维护依从率、导管维护知识知晓率、自我管理能力、生活质量及导管不良事件发生率。结果干预后,观察组导管维护依从率、导管维护知识知晓率均高于对照组(χ^(2)=6.307,P=0.012;χ^(2)=6.759,P=0.009);观察组导管相关知识、导管监测行为、心理信念及自我管理总评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能及生活质量总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);导管不良事件发生率低于对照组(χ^(2)=5.876,P=0.015)。结论基于微信平台护理管理能有效提高PICC置管患者导管维护知识及导管维护能力,从降低导管相关并发症,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing based on WeChat platform on compliance,complications and self-care ability of patients with PICC chemotherapy.Methods Sixty-five patients receiving PICC chemotherapy in the first tumor ward of our hospital between June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as a control group,another 65 patients in the second tumor ward as an observation group at the same time.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was provided with nursing guidance based on the WeChat platform.The compliance rate,incidence of adverse events,the knowledge of catheter maintenance,self-management ability and life quality of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the compliance rate and catheter maintenance knowledge of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=6.307,P=0.012;χ^(2)=6.759,P=0.009),while the incidence of catheter adverse events was significantly lower than the latter group(χ^(2)=5.876,P=0.015).Moreover,after the intervention,the catheter related knowledge,catheter monitoring behavior,psychological belief and total self-management score of the former were significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).The material life,as well as the physical,psychological and social function of the observation group were also significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The WeChat platform-based nursing guidance can effectively improve the disease knowledge and catheter maintenance ability of patients with PICC chemotherapy,improve their compliance and life quality,and reduce related complications.
