摘要
对Mg-8Li-3Al-2Sn-0.5Y-0.8TiC合金进行300℃×6 h、350℃×6 h固溶处理,探索合金微观组织与力学性能的变化。结果表明:300℃×6 h固溶处理使得合金中的MgLiAl_(2)相转为AlLi相,350℃×6 h固溶处理使得AlLi相重新溶于基体。随着合金固溶温度的升高,合金抗拉强度、屈服强度递增,延伸率递减。
Mg-8Li-3Al-2Sn-0.5Y-0.8TiC alloy was solid-solution treated at 300℃×6 h and 350℃×6 h to explore the changes of alloy microstructure and mechanical properties.The results showed that the solution treatment at 300℃×6 h made the MgLiAl 2 phases in the alloy transformed into the AlLi phases,and the solution treatment at 350℃×6 h made the AlLi phases re-dissolved in the matrix.As the solid solution temperature of the alloy increases,the tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy increase while the elongation decreases.
