旋转闪蒸干燥机干燥漂粉精热效率研究

摘要 研究了旋转闪蒸干燥设备干燥漂粉精时的运行热效率,研究了旋转闪蒸干燥设备在不同温度条件下干燥漂粉精的参数,并研究了干燥温度对漂粉精有效氯的影响。结果显示,随着温度的升高,漂粉精干燥需要的时间变短,最大干燥速率也随着干燥温度升高逐渐升高。根据闪蒸干燥机干燥过程中测定的运行参数,计算得到的干燥机热效率也随着干燥温度的升高而逐渐升高,但是随着干燥温度的升高,漂粉精的有效氯损失也会越来越大,高于150℃时,有效氯损失率增加迅速。 In order to study the operating thermal efficiency of the spin flash drying equipment when drying the bleaching powder concentrate,it is studied on the parameters of the spin flash drying equipment for drying the bleaching powder concentrate under different temperature conditions and also the effect of the drying temperature on the effective chlorine of the bleaching powder concentrate.The results show that as the temperature increases,the time required for bleaching powder drying becomes shorter,and the maximum drying rate gradually increases with the increase of drying temperature.According to the operating parameters measured during the drying process of the flash dryer,the calculated thermal efficiency of the dryer also gradually increases with the increase of the drying temperature,but as the drying temperature increases,the effective chlorine loss of the bleaching powder concentrate will also be lost.When the temperature is higher than 150℃,the effective chlorine loss rate increases rapidly.
