摘要
化学修饰电极因其制备方法简单多样,应用方便安全,是电化学分析领域研究的热点方向之一。纳米银的物理化学特性使其成为修饰电极的优秀材料。近年来单一纳米银作为修饰材料的电极、纳米银与氨基酸、纳米银与碳材料组合修饰电极的电催化研究取得了一定的成果,研究表明纳米银类复合材料修饰电极具有较多的活性位点,使电子转移速率得以提高,提高了电极的灵敏度。在食品分析、生命科学、环境检测、医药分析等方面都有研究应用。
Chemical modified electrode is one of the hot research directions in the field of electroanalytical chemistry due to easy preparation and convenient application.The physical and chemical properties of nano silver make it an excellent material for modifying electrodes.In recent years,some achievements have been made in the electrocatalysis of electrodes modified by some special materials such as nano-silvers,amino-acids and carbon materials.The results show that there are many active sites in the modified electrode,which can increase the electron transfer rate and improve the sensitivity of the electrode.They have been applied in food analysis,life science,environmental detection and pharmaceutical analysis.
