摘要
在我国高等院校对本科学生的教育过程中,对能力方面的培养越来越受到重视。在化学专业教学体系中,面向实际应用与操作的仪器分析实验课程对学生的实验能力提升是很好地锻炼。根据大学生的成长经历和企业对学生的技能要求,能力也可分为几个层次,包括:专业知识的运用能力、实操能力、学习能力,应急能力。基于此,系统分析学生实验能力锻炼对于后续就业核心竞争力的实际贡献,并以高效液相色谱法测定果汁中有机酸含量实验为例,探讨仪器分析实验与能力培养之间的关系。
In the process of undergraduate education in colleges and universities in China,more and more attention has been paid to the cultivation of ability.The course of chemistry instrumental analysis experiment oriented to practical application and operation,is a good exercise for the improvement of students′experimental ability in the teaching system.According to the growth experience of college students and the technical requirements of enterprises for students,the ability can also be divided into several levels,including:the ability to use professional knowledge,practical ability,learning ability,emergency ability.Based on this,this paper systematically analyzes the practical contribution of students′experimental ability training to the core competence of follow-up employment.Taking the determination of organic acid content in fruit juice by HPLC,as an example to explore the relationship between instrumental analysis experiment and ability training.
