摘要 目的:研究多层螺旋CT三维重建技术应用在肋骨隐匿性骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择2019年1月~2020年1月到本院进行治疗的36例肋骨隐匿性骨折患者作为研究对象,所有患者经过X射线诊断没有发现骨折症状,为患者进行多层螺旋CT的诊断,分析多层螺旋CT诊断肋骨隐匿性骨折和临床病理诊断的相符性。结果:本文36例肋骨隐匿性骨折患者经临床病理诊断存在隐匿性骨折部位48处,其中存在不完全性骨折42处,所有患者的骨折部位均位于肋骨角位置,经过多层螺旋CT三维重建技术诊断以后,诊断出47处隐匿性骨折,诊断出不完全性骨折40处,诊断出34例患者的隐匿性骨折位置位于肋骨角位置,进行差异性比较,P>0.05,相互之间不存在统计学意义,具有较高符合率。结论:通过多层螺旋CT三维重建技术应用,在肋骨隐匿性骨折诊断当中能够有效提升肋骨隐匿性骨折诊断的效率,可以为临床的相关治疗工作提供科学的依据。 Objective:To study the value of multi-slice spiral CT 3D reconstruction in the diagnosis of occult rib fractures.Methods:36 patients with occult rib fractures who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.All patients were diagnosed by X-ray without fracture symptoms.Multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis was performed for patients.To analyze the consistency between multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis of occult rib fractures and clinicopathological diagnosis.Results:In this paper,36 patients with occult rib fractures were diagnosed clinically and pathologically by 48 occult fracture sites,including 42 incomplete fractures.All patients'fracture sites were located at the rib corners and diagnosed by multi-layer spiral CT threedimensional reconstruction technology.Later,47 occult fractures were diagnosed,40 incomplete fractures were diagnosed,and the occult fracture location of 34 patients was diagnosed at the rib corner position.The differences were compared,P>0.05,and there was no statistics between each other.Meaning,has a high coincidence rate.Conclusion:The application of multi-layer spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology can effectively improve the efficiency of occult rib fracture diagnosis in the diagnosis of occult rib fractures,and can provide scientific basis for clinical related treatment work.
