多层螺旋CT在胸腺瘤及胸腺癌鉴别诊断中价值分析

Multi-Slice Spiral CT in the Differential Diagnosis of Thymoma and Thymoma

目的:对胸腺瘤与胸腺癌鉴别诊断中多层螺旋CT应用的价值进行探讨。方法:选取2018年3月~2019年3月收治的67例胸腺瘤与胸腺癌患者,均经病理诊断确诊,对所有患者CT检查资料进行回顾分析,对比胸腺瘤患者与胸腺癌患者CT表现。结果:经病理诊断,67例患者中39例确诊为胸腺瘤,28例确诊为胸腺癌;在钙化、胸膜转移、胸腔积液等CT表现中,两组无明显差异(P>0.05);而在边缘不规则、坏死、淋巴结转移、大血管受侵、心包受侵等CT表现方面,胸腺癌组均高于胸腺瘤组(P<0.05)。结论:临床中对胸腺瘤与胸腺癌鉴别诊断中,多层螺旋CT具有较好的应用价值,根据CT表现可对肿瘤良恶性做出准确鉴别。

Objective:To explore the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the differential diagnosis of thymoma and thymic carcinoma.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,67 patients with thymoma and thymic cancer were diagnosed by pathological diagnosis.All patients’CT examination data were retrospectively analyzed to compare the CT performance of patients with thymoma and thymic cancer.Results:According to pathological diagnosis,39 of 67 patients were diagnosed with thymoma and 28 were diagnosed with thymic carcinoma.There were no significant differences between the two groups in CT manifestations of calcification,pleural metastasis,and pleural effusion(P>0.05);In terms of CT features such as irregular margins,necrosis,lymph node metastasis,large vessel invasion,and pericardial invasion,the thymic cancer group was higher than the thymoma group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical differential diagnosis of thymoma and thymic carcinoma,multi-slice spiral CT has good application value.According to CT manifestations,it can accurately distinguish between benign and malignant tumors.
