纤维支气管镜介入治疗联合化疗对耐多药肺结核患者病情及痰菌转阴的影响

The Effect of the Patient’s Condition and Sputum Bacteria Turning Negative Who Has Multi-Drug Resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis Treating by Bronchoscopy Combined with Chemotherapy

目的:探讨纤维支气管镜介入治疗联合化疗对耐多药肺结核患者病情及痰菌转阴的影响。方法:回顾性选取2018年12月~2020年1月于本院呼吸内科收治的肺结核患者130例,分为对照组和观察组,各65例,对照组患者接受化疗方案治疗,观察组患者化疗+纤维支气管镜介入治疗,评估两组患者的病情及痰菌转阴率。结果:观察组T淋巴细胞亚群下降水平明显高于对照组,在治疗3、6个月后,观察组痰菌转阴率明显高于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在耐多药肺结核患者治疗中,纤维支气管镜介入治疗联合化疗药物治疗临床疗效显著,有效改善患者病情,提高痰菌转阴率。

Objective:To explore the effect of the patient’s condition and sputum bacteria turning negative who has multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis treating by bronchoscopy combined with chemotherapy.Methods:From December 2018 to January 2020,130 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to the respiratory department of our hospital were divided into control group and experimental group,65 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received chemotherapy,while the patients in the experimental group received chemotherapy+bronchoscopy.To evaluate the condition and sputum negative rate of the two groups.Results:The decrease level of T lymphocyte subsetsin the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the sputum negative rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients,fiberbronchoscope combined with chemotherapy has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively improve the patient’s condition and improve the negative rate of sputum bacteria.
