超声引导下经皮穿刺微波消融治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Ultrasound-Guided Percutaneous Microwave Ablation in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

目的:探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺微波消融治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法:于2018年11月~2020年11月,选择本院收治的122例子宫肌瘤患者,以数字法对患者进行分组,有61例患者实施射频消融术治疗,另外61例患者应用超声引导下经皮穿刺微波消融治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果展开分析。结果:两组患者治疗前后的子宫肌瘤体积差异不显著,(P>0.05),但观察组患者治疗的总有效率相比对照组患者明显更高,(P<0.05),患者出现的不良反应也要比对照组少,(P<0.05)。结论:对于子宫肌瘤患者的治疗,临床采用超声引导下经皮穿刺微波消融的效果最为理想,能有效改善患者的预后,便于患者尽快康复。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods:From November 2018 to November 2020,122 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into groups by digital method.61 patients were treated with radiofrequency ablation,and the other 61 patients were treated with ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation.The clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients was analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in the volume of uterine fibroids between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),but the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and adverse reactions in the patients were also less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of uterine fibroids,the clinical application of ultrasuo-guided percutaneous microwave ablation is the most ideal effect,can effectively improve the prognosis of patients,facilitate the recovery of patients as soon as possible.
