密闭式吸痰与开放式吸痰在机械通气患者中应用的效果

Effect of Closed Suction and Open Suction in Patients with Mechanical Ventilation

目的:分析密闭式吸痰与开放式吸痰在机械通气患者中应用的效果。方法:纳入2017年1月~2020年1月本院收治的机械通气患者为观察对象,总例数(选取对象)200例,采取抽签分组方法分为观察组100例以及对照组100例,分别采取两种不同的方式,密闭式吸痰方式与开放式吸痰方式,分析并且对比两组各项指标。结果:观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组症状改善时间和住院时间与对照组具有差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者的FVC(2.65±0.26)L、FEV1指标(55.15±3.01)%与对照组FVC(2.40±0.21)L、FEV1指标(52.15±3.11)%具有差异(P<0.05)。结论:将密闭式吸痰与开放式吸痰在机械通气患者中应用效果进行对比,密闭式吸痰具有多种优势。

Objective:To analyze the effect of closed suction and open suction in patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods:The subjects of this study were 200 patients with mechanical ventilation who were admitted from January 2017 to January 2020.They were divided into observation group(100 cases)and control group(100 cases).They were divided into two different ways:closed suction and open suction.The indexes of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of symptom improvement and hospitalization in the observation group were different from those in the control group(P<0.05).FVC(2.65±0.26)L and FEV1(55.15±3.01)%in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(2.40±0.21)L and FEV1(52.15±3.11)%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comparing the effect of closed suction with open suction in patients with mechanical ventilation,closed suction has many advantages.
