ErYAG激光治疗慢性牙周炎的应用及症状改善情况分析

The Application and Symptom Improvement of Eryag Laser in the Treatment of Chronic Periodontitis

目的:分析ErYAG激光治疗慢性牙周炎的应用及症状改善情况。方法:选取2019年1月~2019年10月收治的70例慢性牙周炎患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各35例,对照组实施常规治疗,观察组实施激光治疗,对比患者治疗前后牙周临床指标及治疗满意度。结果:观察组患者与对照组患者治疗前牙周临床指标对比无差异(t=1.056,P=0.561),治疗后牙周临床指标对比中,观察组显著好于对照组(t=13.156,P=0.001),且观察组患者治疗满意度显著好于对照组(χ^(2)=5.081,P=0.024),有统计学意义。结论:ErYAG激光治疗慢性牙周炎效果显著,患者认可度高。

Objective:To analyze the application and symptom improvement of eryag laser in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods:70 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted from January to October 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment and the experimental group received laser treatment.The periodontal clinical indexes and treatment satisfaction of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results:There was no difference between the experimental group and the control group(t=1.056,P=0.561).The experimental group was significantly better than the control group(t=13.156,P=0.001),and the treatment satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(χ^(2)=5.081,P=0.024).Conclusion:Eryag laser is effective in the treatment of chronic periodontitis with high recognition.
