即刻种植与常规种植牙治疗牙齿缺失的疗效对比观察

Observation on the Effect of Immediate Dental Implantation Versus Conventional Dental Implantation in the Treatment of Tooth Loss

目的:对比分析牙齿缺失患者采取即刻种植、常规种植牙治疗的效果,为牙齿缺失的治疗提供优选方案。方法:选择2018年8月~2019年6月本院口腔科收治治疗的牙齿缺失疾病患者,总计100例,结合治疗方法不同进行对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50)随机分组。对照组牙齿缺失患者采取常规种植牙治疗,观察组牙齿缺失患者采取即刻种植治疗,比较2组牙齿缺失患者的治疗情况,包括修复成功率、并发症发生率、满意度评分、种植体稳定系数ISQ值。结果:观察组患者的修复成功率以及牙齿美观度、生理功能评分均高于对照组,牙龈炎、牙周脓肿、牙齿松动等并发症发生率少于对照组,治疗后1、3、6个月ISQ值均高于对照组,指标数据差异显著,P<0.05。结论:对比常规种植牙治疗,即刻种植治疗牙齿缺失修复成功率高,且患者满意度高、安全性高、牙齿稳固性更好,是优选的修复治疗手段。

Objective:To compare and analyze the effects of immediate dental implantation and conventional dental implantation in patients with tooth loss,so as to provide an optimal treatment plan for tooth loss.Methods:A total of 100 patients with dental defects admitted to the department of stomatology of our hospital from August 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).Patients with tooth loss in the control group received conventional dental implant treatment,and patients with tooth loss in the observation group received immediate implant treatment.The treatment status of patients with tooth loss in the two groups was compared,including the success rate of restoration,the incidence of complications,the satisfaction score,and the implant stability coefficient ISQ value.Results:The repair success rate,dental aesthetics and physiological function score of patients in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,the incidence of complications such as gingivitis,periodontal abscess and tooth loosening was lower than that in the control group,and the ISQ values 1,3 and 6 months after treatment were all higher than those in the control group,with significant difference of P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with conventional dental implant treatment,immediate implant treatment has a high success rate in tooth loss repair,high patient satisfaction,high safety and better tooth stability.
