闭合复位弹性髓内钉治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折的作用价值

The Value of Closed Reduction and Elastic Intramedullary Nail in the Treatment of Rradial Neck Fracture in Children

目的:研究闭合复位弹性髓内钉治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折的效果。方法:选取本院32例桡骨颈骨折患儿进行研究,随机将其划分为对照组、观察组各16例,对照组治疗方式为切开复位克式针固定术,观察组治疗方式为闭合复位弹性髓内钉固定术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:经治疗,观察组患儿肘关节旋前活动范围与屈、伸活动范围明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿旋后活动范围差异不明显(P>0.05);经治疗,观察组的治疗优良率93.8%明显高于对照组43.8%(P<0.05)。结论:为桡骨颈骨折患儿实施闭合复位弹性髓内钉固定术治疗,可改善患儿的肘关节活动范围,提高治疗优良率。

Objective:To study the effect of closed reduction and elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of children’s radial neck fracture.Methods:32 children with radial neck fracture were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group.The treatment of control group was open reduction and gram pin fixation,and the treatment of observation group was closed reduction and elastic intramedullary nail fixation.Results:After treatment,the range of pronation and flexion and extension of elbow joint in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the excellent rate of 93.8%in the observation group was significantly higher than 43.8%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Closed reduction and elastic intramedullary nail fixation for children with radial neck fracture can improve the range of elbow joint activity and improve the excellent rate of treatment.
