输液加温仪在预防老年患者术中低体温效果的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究在预防老年患者术中低体温过程中输液加温仪的临床应用效果。方法:纳入2019年2月~2020年2月在本院接受择期手术治疗的老年患者120例为观察对象,根据随机平均分组原则将患者分为观察组与对照组,两组患者均使用充气保温毯,对照组有患者60例,术中不使用任何输液干预设备,观察组有患者60例,术中应用输液加温仪。结果:手术开始后两组患者的体温均有所下降,且观察组患者的体温下降幅度明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05);对两组患者低体温、寒颤、手术部位感染发生率以及自主呼吸恢复时间、睁眼时间、意识恢复时间和拔管时间进行统计学分析发现,观察组患者与对照组患者存在显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:输液加温仪可以更好地控制患者的体温。 Objective:To study the clinical effect of infusion thermograph in preventing hypothermia in elderly patients.Methods:This experiment studied in February 2019-February 2020 during the treatment of elderly patients undergoing surgery in our hospital 120 cases,according to the average random grouping principle divided the patients into the experimental group and control group,two groups of patients were using gas blanket,60 patients with contrast group,intraoperative device does not use any infusion intervention,the experimental group with 60 cases patients,intraoperative application of infusion and thermometer.Results:After the operation,the body temperature of the patients in the two groups decreased,and the body temperature of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Statistical analysis of the incidence of hypothermia,shivering,surgical site infection,spontaneous breathing recovery time,eye-opening time,consciousness recovery time and extubation time in the two groups showed that there were significant statistical differences between the experimental group and the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Infusion thermograph can better control the patient’s body temperature,which is worthy of extensive clinical promotion.
