The Causes of Common Errors in Routine Blood Test of Automatic Blood Cell Counter and Their Solutions

目的:分析血常规检验中的常见误差原因,并探讨有效的解决措施。方法:选取2019年6月~2019年7月在本院行血常规检验的患者400例,400例血常规检验结果中,39例出现误差,误差发生率为9.75%。分析39例血常规检验结果发生误差的原因,并对其影响因素进行统计。在此基础上,制定有针对性的血常规检验质量控制措施。结果:通过对39例出现误差的血常规检验结果进行分析表明,引起检验结果误差的原因主要包括血液样本送检超时(66.67%)、血液样本溶血(33.33%)。结论:血常规检验结果的准确与否会对临床疾病诊治产生较大的影响,引起其检验结果误差的因素主要包括血液样本溶血、血液样本送检超时等,均属于技术性因素,可通过采取针对性的质量控制措施来达到有效规避的作用,从而不断提升血常规检验结果的准确性。

Objective:To analyze the causes of common errors in routine blood test and explore effective solutions.Methods:400 patients who underwent routine blood test in our hospital from June to July,2019 were selected.Among the 400 patients who underwent routine blood test,39 showed errors,with an error rate of 9.75%.The causes of errors in routine blood test results of 39 cases were analyzed and the influencing factors were analyzed.On this basis,the quality control measures of blood routine examination are formulated.Results:Through the analysis of routine blood test results of 39 cases with errors,it was found that the causes of errors mainly included the delay of blood samples(66.67%)and hemolysis(33.33%).Conclusion:The routine blood test results accurate or not will have great influence on clinical disease diagnosis and treatment,the test result error due to the factors mainly include the blood sample hemolysis,blood sample inspection timeouts,etc.,all belong to technical factors,but by taking corresponding quality control measures to effectively avoid the role of,so as to improve the accuracy of routine blood test results.
