基于移动终端的儿科常用仪器的可追溯管理

摘要 目的:探讨通过移动终端进行儿科常用仪器可追溯化管理,以确保仪器安全使用。方法:借助二维码编辑软件,将全院的输液泵、推注泵和心电监护仪相关信息储存生成二维码,粘贴在仪器上,仪器使用流程、注意事项、维保要求等信息便捷获取,对仪器运行状态、定期维护、保修过程进行监控,仪器设备相关管理部门通过信息后台获取仪器设备管理数据,进行分析、指导。比较使用移动终端管理仪器前后的仪器管理质量数据、发生故障数据。结果:采用二维码进行仪器管理,仪器使用登记及时率、完整率、仪器清洁率显著提高,仪器故障发生率明显下降,保修周期缩短(P<0.05)。结论:基于移动终端采用二维码进行仪器管理,便捷、实时记录仪器使用状态,便于管理者进行追溯,落实仪器管理质控,提高仪器使用的安全性。 Objective:To explore the traceability management of pediatric common instruments through mobile terminals to ensure the safe use of instruments.Methods:With the help of QR code editing software,the information related to infusion pump,infusion pump and ECG monitor in the whole hospital was stored and generated into QR code,which was pasted on the instrument.The information such as operation process,precautions,maintenance requirements of the instrument was easily obtained,and the operation status,regular maintenance and warranty process of the instrument were monitored.The relevant management department of the instrument and equipment obtained through the information background Data,analysis and guidance.Compared the instrument management quality data and failure data before and after using the mobile terminal to manage the instrument.Results:By using two-dimensional code to manage the instrument,the timely rate,complete rate and cleaning rate of the instrument use registration were significantly improved,the rate of instrument failure was significantly reduced,and the warranty period was shortened(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the mobile terminal,the two-dimensional code is used for instrument management,which is convenient and real-time to record the use status of the instrument,facilitate the traceability of managers,implement the quality control of instrument management,and improve the safety of instrument use.
